Omega Constellation Automatic ref. 155.0015

This range topping Constellation is an unusual watch.  The movement is conventional, an Omega calibre 711 with 24 jewels, automatic winding and two adjustments.  This was the thinnest automatic movement ever made by Omega, and at a time where quartz movements were very bulky this watch comes in at a slender 7.5 mm thick.  The case size is more unusual – it feels a lot bigger than 36mm due to the very thin bezel, case shape and the dial being very uncluttered without a date window.
