Do not be deceived by the broad arrow hands! While often mistaken for the Speedmaster Broad Arrow, this Moonphase model is indeed a part of the “Speedmaster Professional” collection. The Speedmaster Professional Moonphase is derived from the Speedmaster ’57 re-edition reference 3894.50.37, which was introduced in 1997/1998. It remained in production from 1999 to 2003 and features the renowned hand-wound Lemania-based caliber 1866 movement. This movement is a modified version of the caliber 1861 found in the current lineup of Speedmaster Professional ‘Moonwatch’ timepieces.
